Eulogio Ortiz, 97, of Dunkirk, died Tuesday evening (Jan. 18, 2022) at Brooks Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.

He was born Sept. 13, 1924 in Vieques, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Gabina Ramos.

Eulogio had been em-ployed at Dunkirk Radiator and also worked at various farms in the area.

Ingvue E. Buchanan

Ingvue E. Buchanan, 59, of Fredonia died Wednesday (Jan. 12, 2022) at home.

He was born Sept. 9, 1962, in Buffalo, the son of the late John and Janice (Aiken) Buchanan.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Dunkirk.

Arrangements are by the McGraw Kowal Funeral Home.
