Sylvia Higbee Bailey, 79, passed away peacefully on Dec. 17, 2021, at ECMC.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 4, at 10 a.m., in St. John’s Unit-ed Church of Christ, 733 Central Ave., Dunkirk. Pas-tor Zoe Milliman will officiate. A celebration of life will follow at 12 noon at Demetri’s On The Lake (Katerina’s upstairs Lounge & Restaurant). Arrangements are by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home
