Clarissa V. Lemoine, 88, of Dunkirk died Wednesday morning (May 31, 2023) at the Dunkirk Rehab and Nursing Center.

She was born Nov. 23 1934 in Willoughby, OH, the daughter of the late Frederick and Violet (McFarlend) Oliphant.
