Teresa Rivera-Rosario, 69, of Fredonia, died Tuesday (Jan. 25, 2022) at home.
She was born Aug. 27, 1952, in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Maria Torres.
Survivors include her husband, Carlos Mendez-Santiago.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home.
