Starr A. Waller
Starr A. Waller, 54, of Fredonia died Friday afternoon (May 26, 2023) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester following a lengthy illness.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, June 1, from 4-6 p.m. at the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Friday, June 2, at 1 p.m. in Friendship Baptist Church, 18 East Second St., Dunkirk. Pastor Early G. Waller will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Sheridan. A complete obituary will be published in the OBSERVER later in the week.
