Richard A. Dudzic, 80, of Fredonia died Tuesday morning, July 18, 2023, at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Amherst, NY.
A memorial service will be held Friday morning at 10 o’clock in the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home. A complete obituary will be published in the Thursday edition of the OBSERVER.
