Paul R. Gill

He was born Dec. 14, 1949 in Dunkirk, the son of the late Charles and Theodora (Nikitas) Gill.

A lifelong resident of Dunkirk, Paul was a graduate of Dunkirk High School, Class of 1968. He also earned his master’s degree at State University of New York at Fredonia.

Paul had been employed by Dunkirk Ice Cream and Cott Beverages. He was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.

Survivors include his wife, Paula (McGarigle) Gill, whom he married June 29, 1974; one son, Michael Gill of Gowanda; two brothers, Timothy (Rose) Gill of Asheville, NC and Christopher Gill of Dunkirk; and two sisters, Charlane Gill and Kay (David) Randazzo, both of Dunkirk.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home.
