Noelia Salgado, 75, of Dunkirk died Friday evening (June 30, 2023) at the Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, July 5, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Thursday, July 6, at 10 a.m. in the funeral Home. The Rev. Erika Lopez will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery. A complete obituary will be published in the Tuesday edition of the OBSERVER.
