She would make corned beef and cabbage for them on St. Patrick’s Day and Surf and Turf on New Years Eve. Nothing was too good for them!

Peg was a founding member of the Dunkirk Irish Society, The Red Hat Society and a graduate of DHS class of ‘69. Peg spent her time devoted to her nieces and nephews and has left fond memories with each one. Each text or goodbye was always followed by her telling you “I Love You More”. She enjoyed her Irish music, watching storm chasers on YouTube and listening to her much-loved police scanner.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home; 736 Central Avenue, Dunkirk, NY.

If you wish to honor Peg’s life we suggest a donation in her name to The Buffalo Pug Rescue located at 2200 Military Road, Tonawanda, NY 14150. (www. Buffalopugs.org)
