Loretta N. Rider
Loretta N. Rider, 82, of Dunkirk died Thursday night (Oct. 12, 2023) at the Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Calling hours will be held Monday, Oct. 16, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held immediately after the calling hours at 5 p.m. Deacon Michael C. Lemieux will officiate. A complete obituary will be published in the Monday edition of the OBSERVER.
