JANET H. LUCZKOWIAK

Janet H. Luczkowiak, 90, of Fredonia, passed away Saturday May 17, 2025, at Brooks Memorial Hospital.

Born January 30, 1935, in Dunkirk daughter of the late William Hunt and Lauralee (Buck) Hunt Nasca.

A graduate of Fredonia State College in 1956 with a BA in Education. Janet is a long time member of the Laona Community Church.

Surviving are her children, daughter Mary Beth (Anthony) Dolce of Dunkirk, sons Thomas Luczkowiak of Brocton, Michael (Robyn)

Luczkowiak of Wind Gap, PA, grandchildren AJ (Jordyn) Dolce, Nathan (Marcellla) Dolce, Andreanna Dolce (Mark Zinni), Erin

(Rick) Herling, Ryan (Vy) Luczkowiak, James Luczkowiak (Olivia Flagg), Nicholas (Nicole) Luczkowiak, Christopher (Kelly) Luczkowiak,

Jonathan (Rawan) Luczkowiak, Katelyn (Brian) Waldie, Megan (Adam) Luczkowiak-Reckert, 14 great-grandchildren Anthony,

Evan, Louie, Maria, Matthew, Angela, Riley, Alex, Rey, Reid, Elizabeth, Hannah, Hayden and Delany. In addition is her sister-in-law

Vivian Hunt and several nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents Janet is preceded by her husband James T. Luczkowiak who died July 12, 2014, her grandson

Thomas Luczkowiak, and brothers William and Douglas Hunt.

No prior visitation will be observed and Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 10 AM at the Laona Community Church, 9636 Wilson 

Road, Fredonia. Interment will follow in the Laona Cemetery. Per her wishes flowers are gratefully declined and memorials can be made to the 

Laona Community Church in Janet's memory. Arrangements are by the McGraw Kowal Funeral Home.
