Frank “Frankie” Russell Rossotto Iv
Frank “Frankie” Russell Rossotto IV, 42, of Middleburg, Fla., formerly of Cassadaga, passed away after a long illness on July 3, 2022.
The family will receive friends at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2022, at the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home with memorial services starting at 3 p.m. A reception will follow at 4 p.m. in the banquet hall at the Beaver Club.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family or to a charity of your choice.
Arrangements are by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home.
