Feliciano Salgado (78), of Dunkirk entered peacefully into eternal rest surrounded by his children on August 17, 2025. He was born in Morovis, Puerto Rico to Agustin and Anastasia Salgado Clas.
Feliciano, also known as Felix, was a long life resident of Dunkirk, NY, employed at ECR International, retiring after nearly 40 years of service. He was a hardworking man who loved his family with all that he had and a good friend to many. He loved the outdoors, playing softball for many years as a proud member of the Hispanic community. His passion for cooking was known by many who would rave about his talents. He loved playing the harmonica and singing for family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
In addition to his parents, Felix is proceeded in death by his wife Noelia with whom he shared 55 years of marriage, and his brother Jose Salgado. He is survived by his 4 children; Ilda (Chris) Enoch, Dr. Feliciano (Cindy) Salgado, Jr., Olga (Michael) Green, and Ana (Edgar) Garcia; 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchild, 3 brothers, and 4 nieces and 3 nephews.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend Calling Hours on Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 4-7 p.m. at McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home; 736 Central Ave., Dunkirk, NY., where Funeral services will be held the following day, Friday, August 22, 2025 at 10 a.m. Interment will be held in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
