Dennis J. McGraw

Dennis James McGraw, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, and Friend; Passed away March 11, 2026 at home after a short battle with cancer. 

He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served his country bravely in the Vietnam War. Dennis was born in Dunkirk, NY to the late John A. and Eileen E. McGraw on June 6, 1946. He married the love of his life, Linda L. McGraw (McClean), on April 20, 1969. They would have celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary next month. 

It should surprise no one who knew Dennis that he specifically requested, “The shortest obituary possible.” To honor that wish: Dennis is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linda L. McGraw. Children, Tracy R. McGraw, Melissa L. McGraw, and Brett A. McGraw. Four Grandchildren, Brittany (Christian) Dorn, Brad McGraw-Wixson, Noah McGraw-Wixson, and Savanna McGraw. One Great Granddaughter, Kallie Dorn. Brother, Tim McGraw, sister, Cathy Tynan, and several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
