Angel L. Pagan, Sr., 81, of Dunkirk, passed away suddenly Saturday morning, September 27, 2025 at home. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on June 18, 1944, he was the son of the late Flores and Francisca (Torres) Pagan. Funeral services will be held in private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home; 736 Central Avenue, Dunkirk, NY. A complete obituary will be published in Thursday's edition of the Dunkirk Observer.
